Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Clearly articulate product requirements through user stories, wireframes, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Provide guidance and direction to development teams, ensuring they have a clear understanding of product goals and priorities.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and releases.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create collateral, presentations, and campaigns to promote the product.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established goals.
- Analyze user data, feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communications related to the product.
- Gather client feedback and coordinate with the development team to implement necessary changes
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (1+ years) in product management for software applications or digital products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
- Experience with project management and product development tools (e.g., Asana, Git, etc.).
