Customer Service Representative

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to be the face of Unduit. Responsibilities

  • Take customer orders and provide quotes
  • Perform customer follow ups via phone, email and text to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with techs on the field to optimize scheduling
  • Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status 
  • Estimates and quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions
  • Work on inbound lead generation to drive traffic to website via email campaigns
  • Work closely with Corporate clients and perform regular follow ups and as needed

Qualification

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:
  • Computer data-entry experience
  • Experience in the repair industry
  • Entry level through 5 years of customer relations experience
