Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and provide quotes
- Perform customer follow ups via phone, email and text to drive conversions
- Coordinate with techs on the field to optimize scheduling
- Communicate with customers regarding issues such as order status
- Estimates and quotations, order changes and confirmations, as well as any complaints or questions
- Work on inbound lead generation to drive traffic to website via email campaigns
- Work closely with Corporate clients and perform regular follow ups and as needed
Qualification
- High school diploma or GED
- Candidates are PREFERRED who offer the following:
- Computer data-entry experience
- Experience in the repair industry
- Entry level through 5 years of customer relations experience
